Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our team via email at support@poelle.com. Your request must include clear pictures of the item, showing its condition as well as all original packaging.
Kindly note that providing these pictures is a mandatory step and required for return approval.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in pristine condition, and free from any signs of wear
- All original packaging must be intact and included (dust bag, box, tags, and inserts)
- The product must be returned exactly as received
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Clear pictures of the item and packaging must be provided prior to shipment and approved by our team
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Kindly note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
We emphasize that all return conditions must be strictly met. Items that do not comply with these standards will be respectfully declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@poelle.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on final sale
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
