Complimentary shipping, duties included
Shipping is complimentary on every order. Every parcel is insured and tracked, and import duties and taxes are already included in the price for every country we ship to, so nothing is due on delivery.
Delivery times
Timing depends on where your piece is waiting for you. The product page always shows the timing for the piece you choose.
- In stock in the US: 1–2 business days.
- In stock at our atelier in Ukraine: 5–7 business days.
- Made to order: 10–15 business days, or the exact date shown on the product page.
Where we ship
poelle.com ships to the United States and to many other countries; you will see whether we deliver to your address at checkout. For the EU, Norway and Switzerland, please order at poelle.eu; for Ukraine, at poelle.ua.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a little time to update after your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@poelle.com before your order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels that can't be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
Marked as delivered, but not received
Please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then email support@poelle.com as soon as possible. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
